General Guidelines to Parents/Guardians
- Parents are requested not to enter classrooms to see their children or teachers during school hours.
- Parents are required to inform the school if there are any change in their address or phone number.
- Leave for half day should not be asked for security reasons. In emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal through the class teacher.
- Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend classes/tests.
- Should there be any legitimate complaint, please meet the Principal at the earliest or write to him and the complaint will be personally verified.
- Any communication made by the parents, guardians should be addressed directly to the Principal only.
- The name, admission number, class, section and address of the student should be marked on all the belongings of the students.
- Needless to say, the Parents are requested to take a proper check over the uniforms and belongings of the students. Every thing should be clean and proper.
- Parents are also required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to regularity, punctuality, discipline, homework notes and other given instruction.
- Parents are advised to check the bags of their ward(s) to see if any circular/ notice/ invitation etc. Have been issued.
NOTE: Parent's attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of the school or teachers in the presence of a child should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the students to lose respect for their teachers with consequent failure to learn from them, which will retard his/her progress.
