Transport

• The school provides the students with transport facilities which are relatively comfortable.
• We also provide door to door pickup and drop facilities at the respective stoppages.
• The children are well taken care of when in transport vehicle or out of it.
• The transport staff is also briefly told about security and safety measures to be taken care in the ride or in dropping the children or picking up them.
• Attendance is also taken at the moment when they enter the buses or vehicles and proper measures of safety and responsibility are taken care.

Briefing to Drivers and Conductors

For effectively maintaining the fleet of school welfare bushes, constant briefings and counseling to the drivers and conductors are to be carried out regularity. Some of the briefing points are enumerated below.

(a) Briefing given to Drivers:-

• Defensive driving.
• Punctuality and turn out.
• Safety of children.
• Traffic rules and regulation.
• Lane driving.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Renewal of first aid box periodically.
• Action to be taken in case of breakdown and traffic jam.
• Action to be taken in case if any child has not arrived in bus after school
• No revering of vehicle without physical check and clearance by conductor.

(b) Briefing given to conductors:-

• Courteous behavior towards children, their parents and families utilizing the service.
• Proper safety and accountability of children.
• Cleanliness of the bus.
• Action to be taken in the case of breakdown and traffic jam.
• Action to be taken in case if any child has not arrived in bus after school.
